Balnaves "Tally" Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 pwc continues with discreet notes of2022 was a cool and moderate season, perfect for the development of elegant and intense Cabernet Sauvignon. On the 19th of April, Cabernet Sauvignon from our Dead Morris vineyard (91%) was handpicked and co fermented with 9% Petit Verdot, with maceration on skins for 16 days. The wine was then matured for 14 months in 36% new fine grained Taransaud French Oak barriques.
